Mojito Recipe
1 teaspoon of sugar
half lime juice
Yerbabuena (spear mint)
1 ½ ounce of Havana Club white rum
Mineral water (soda water)
Ice Cubes
In a high ball glass mix the lime juice and the sugar, add the yerbabuena and crush it with a mallet or a spoon to let the aroma and essential oils out, add ice cubes and Havana Club white rum; fill the glass with the soda water. Garnish with an extra piece of mint!
